I had an amazing opportunity to capture content of Bar Vegan & Slutty Vegan owner Pinky Cole as she announced at a Baltimore Press Conference that her businesses would be joining the new development, Baltimore Peninsula. It was a festive occasion with tons of excitement swirling around the event. Fast forward to my Atlanta visit at Ponce City Market where Bar Vegan rests comfortably on a corner unit upstairs in the market. I wasn't expecting this DJ-filled environment while walking through the establishment which hosts retail shops, food venues and even a rooftop amusement park!
There was definitely way too much great stuff to experience in one visit. The next time I'll be exploring more than just the great food at Minero and a quick glass or two of wine with Caits (My Atlanta-based travel buddy) at Bar Vegan. Get your dancing shoes ready, and enjoy!
